Ⅰ. Technological Innovation
Material characteristics: the valve body is made of 316L stainless steel and zirconium alloy forged as a whole, this kind of material has excellent corrosion resistance, can resist the erosion of acid, alkali, salt and other chemical media, and at the same time in the - 196 ℃ to 450 ℃ wide temperature range to maintain stable performance.
One-piece forging process: the whole metal billet is shaped through precision forging technology, compared with the casting process, the internal grain structure is denser, eliminating defects such as porosity, sand holes, etc., so that the pressure-bearing capacity of the valve is increased by more than 30%, and it can withstand a nominal pressure of up to 1500LB.
Square structure design: different from the traditional round plug valves, the square valve body adopts polyhedral design, which is not only convenient for installation and space layout, but also supports the integration of multi-channel (such as three-way, four-way structure), which can realize the function of medium diversion, merging or reversing in a single valve, and reduce the number of valves in the pipeline system.
Sealing technology: the use of double groove sealing ring (PTFE bushing + metal lip combination), in the temperature change can absorb a small amount of deformation, and at the same time through the spring pre-tensioning or oil film lubrication to ensure that the sealing surface of zero leakage.
Driving mode: support manual, pneumatic, electric and other forms of driving.

High reliability and long life: one forging process makes the valve impact resistance performance increased by 40%, with self-cleaning sealing surface, can effectively prevent jamming caused by media deposition, in the impurity-containing media service life is extended to more than 2 times that of traditional valves.
Energy efficient and low maintenance: straight-through flow design reduces fluid resistance by 60% and pressure loss by about 15%, especially suitable for high-pressure differential systems.
Safety and environmental protection features: fireproof design in line with API 607 standards, soft sealing materials in the fire conditions can maintain structural integrity, to prevent media leakage caused by accidents.
Low emission: through the valve stem four sealing, the leakage can be controlled below 0.1%, to meet the requirements of environmental protection regulations.

Ⅲ. Application Industry
Petroleum and chemical industry: used for high-pressure steam, corrosive liquids (such as acetic acid, nitric acid) delivery control, such as million-ton acetic acid plant in the zirconium alloy plug valve, can be achieved at high temperatures and high pressures to achieve the medium of accurate cut-off.
Energy and power field: for LNG low-temperature pipeline (-196 ℃), nuclear power plant cooling system, as well as thermal power generation in the control of superheated steam, its temperature resistance can meet the 450 ℃ working requirements.

Medium corrosivity: 316L stainless steel or zirconium alloy material is preferred.

Maintenance requirements: impurity-containing media is recommended to choose the structure of the online maintenance (such as bottom drain design).
