Overview:

The Eccentric Half Ball Valve is a new type of industrial valve developed by our company. It can be widely used in pipelines such as petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power, water supply, etc., and is especially suitable for pipelines with medium as solid particulate impurities.

Features:

1. Eccentric spherical curve design: when valve is closed, forming high sealing pressure, makes the bidirectional sealing performance stable and reliable.

2. Valve disc is a fully circular straight channel, small flow resistance.

3. Sealing pair resistant to abrasiveness, corrosion and has long service life.

4. During valve opening/closing, the sealing surface can be self-cleaned.

5. Compensable sealing pair: when the sealing position changes, the sealing sphere moves forward same amount, and still maintains a tight state with the fixed sealing seat.

6. Range of working temperature: 0℃~540℃.

7. Connecting type: Flange BW.

8. Medium: sewage, sea water, acid and alkali liquids, slurry, steam, oil, granular medium.
